Banana Shake Recipe
2 Bananas (rip Banana)
2 Teaspoon of Roasted Gram (you can increase the quantity if you can eat more)
4 Dates
5 Cashew
5 Soaked Almonds
2 Soaked figs (Dry figs)
5 to 10 pieces of raisins
Add milk as per you requirement (1 cup or 2 cup or more).
Grind them all in mixer.
jagger or honey (optional).
Enjoy the banana shake.
