Banana Shake Recipe

  • 2 Bananas (rip Banana)

  • 2 Teaspoon of Roasted Gram (you can increase the quantity if you can eat more)

  • 4 Dates

  • 5 Cashew

  • 5 Soaked Almonds

  • 2 Soaked figs (Dry figs)

  • 5 to 10 pieces of raisins

  • Add milk as per you requirement (1 cup or 2 cup or more).

  • Grind them all in mixer.

  • jagger or honey (optional).

  • Enjoy the banana shake.
