Lemon tea ia a anit-inflammatory beverage that works wonder when it comes to:

Citric acid content in lemons is remarkably high, it helps to clean the liver toxins.
Lemon Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Lemon Juice
1 Inch Piece of Ginger
1 and 1/2 (Half cup ) of Ginger
Honey, Sugar or Jaggery (as per your taste)
Lemon Slices to garnish
Method:
In a Saucepan boil the water on high flame
After boiling the water add ginger piece and sugar (jaggery). And if you are using honey you do not have to pour honey with ginger.
Slow the flame and let the ginger, sugar simmer about 5 to 7 minutes.
After 5 to 7 minutes turn off the flame.
Add lemon juice .
Enjoy the tea and garnish with lemon slices.
Note : And if you are using honey, pour it in the tea with lemon juice, honey do not require the boiling.
