Right way of making Ginger Tea:
  • 1 inch of ginger root

  • 1 Cup of water

  • Honey, Lemon as per your taste

Steps:
  • Grate or Slice the Ginger (Try to use fresh Ginger).

  • In a Saucepan, add 1 cup of water with Ginger Slices and let them boil.

  • After boiling the water, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes. if you want the strong flavour of ginger you can increase the time. Example - boil it for 10 minutes.

  • Strain the tea if you use grated ginger, if you use ginger slices let them in your mug or something that you use for tea like cups.

  • Add honey, lemon as per your taste.

  • Enjoy the Tea.
