Instant Mango Pickle

"It is very simple and easy to make, with a delicious sweet, sour, and tangy flavor."

Ingredients we used :

  • Raw mangoes - 3

  • Turmeric - 1 tsp

  • Fennel and Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar - 2 and 1/2 tsp (It' s totally depends on your taste)

Method of Making :

  • "First, peel the mangoes and cut them into thin slices."

  • "In the beginning, I mentioned that it is very easy to make. So, now we only need the spices listed above."

  • "Now we are going to add the spices one by one in the quantities listed above."

Note

  • "It has a low shelf life, so always make this pickle in small quantities, such as using 3 or 4 mangoes."

  • "Make sure to eat it within 8 to 10 days. Do not try to keep this pickle for more than 10 days, as it may spoil after that."

  • This is a seasonal mango pickle that you can make every 10 days because it doesn't take much time to prepare.
