Macroni Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc.), chopped
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon juice (optional)
2 teaspoon of tomato ketchup

Instructions:
Cook the Macaroni:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Prepare the Masala Base:
Heat the oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the finely chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
Cook the Vegetables:
Add the chopped mixed vegetables to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend with the vegetables.
Add the Spices:
Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated with the vegetables.
Combine Macaroni and Masala:
Add the cooked macaroni to the pan and mix well, ensuring that the pasta is evenly coated with the masala.
Add the tomato ketchup and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
