Mango Jam

Mango jam is a sweet and tangy spread made from ripe mangoes, sugar, and often a bit of lemon juice. It has a rich, fruity flavor and a smooth, spreadable consistency. It captures the tropical essence of mangoes, making it a popular choice for adding a burst of fruitiness to breakfast or snacks.

Mango Jam Recipe

This jam recipe is 100% natural, with no artificial flavors or ingredients used. For flavor, we use natural ingredients that are easily available at home.

Ingredients Required

  1. Raw Mango - 4 Medium sized mangoes

  2. Sugar - 4 tsp or you can increase or decrease sugar as per you taste

  3. Cardomom - 2

  4. Cinnamon - 1 inch (optional)

Method :

  1. Peel the mangoes.

  2. Cut the mangoes into small pisces.

  3. Now boil the mangoes in a pot with some water until they become transparent and soft.

  4. Boiling will only take 5 minutes on high flame..

  5. After boiling the mangoes, we will discard the water.

  6. Now add the boiled mango slices to a deep pan and mash them using a spoon or masher.

  7. Turn on the flame .

  8. Now add 4 or 5 teaspoon of sugar.

  9. Keep stirring.

  10. Add Cardamom and Cinnamon.

  11. After 5 minutes of heating, the jam starts to thicken.

  12. Once you achieve a jelly-like consistency, remove from heat and enjoy the jam with bread or your preferred choice of accompaniment.

Note:

  1. You can store this jam for around 6 months without any preservatives.

  2. In Summers Store it in refrigerator.

Precautions:

  1. Keep it away from dirty place, direct sun light, Moisture, Any type of flour.

  2. If possible use a container of glass.

  3. Container shoulf be clear and dry.
