Mango Jam

Mango Jam Recipe
This jam recipe is 100% natural, with no artificial flavors or ingredients used. For flavor, we use natural ingredients that are easily available at home.
Ingredients Required
Raw Mango - 4 Medium sized mangoes
Sugar - 4 tsp or you can increase or decrease sugar as per you taste
Cardomom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch (optional)
Method :
Peel the mangoes.
Cut the mangoes into small pisces.
Now boil the mangoes in a pot with some water until they become transparent and soft.
Boiling will only take 5 minutes on high flame..
After boiling the mangoes, we will discard the water.
Now add the boiled mango slices to a deep pan and mash them using a spoon or masher.
Turn on the flame .
Now add 4 or 5 teaspoon of sugar.
Keep stirring.
Add Cardamom and Cinnamon.
After 5 minutes of heating, the jam starts to thicken.
Once you achieve a jelly-like consistency, remove from heat and enjoy the jam with bread or your preferred choice of accompaniment.
Note:
You can store this jam for around 6 months without any preservatives.
In Summers Store it in refrigerator.
Precautions:
Keep it away from dirty place, direct sun light, Moisture, Any type of flour.
If possible use a container of glass.
Container shoulf be clear and dry.
