Roasted Gram Snack (Roasted chana Namkeen)

Roasted gram has many health benefits like improves bone health, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, rich in fibre and protein.

SO let's make roasted gram healthy snack using very basic ingredients. And the fun part is it will only take 5 minutes.

Roasted Gram Snack Recipe

Required Ingredients

  • A small bowl of roasted gram

  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp of red chili

  • Rock Salt

  • 1/2 tsp of Amchoor Powder

Method -

  • Take a pan add 1 tsp of Ghee (Butter) or any neutral oil.

  • Add the spices (black pepper, red chili, rock salt, amchoor powder) in the pan.

  • Mix all the spices

  • Add roasted gram in the pan and mix well. So, the grams coated with spices.

  • Enjoy your healthy snack.

Note - Do all the process on low flame
