Required Ingredients
Lotus Seeds
Ghee or Butter or Sesame oil
Black Pepper
Method
Take a pan and dry roast the lotus seeds until they show a slight change in colour. It means they are rosted
You can also break them by hand, and you'll see the crunch of the makhanas (Lotus seeds).
Now again take a pan add 1 or 2 teaspoon of Butter (Ghee, Sesame oil).
Add salt to taste and black pepper as per your requirement.
Keep tossing the makhanas until the salt and black pepper coat them completely.
Note - Do not roast lotus seeds on high flame.
